Presentation Work to develop the Bruscos Economic Activity Zone began in 2015. The work was all carried out by local companies and social clauses were included in the contracts, allowing people in integration to work on the site. . The developed land is offered for sale by the Community of Communes of Luys en Béarn. Of the 20 hectares developed, 14 hectares are marketable on the basis of resizable lots between 2,500 m² and 40,000 m². Today, around ten lots are ready to welcome the first companies at a rate of €45 excluding tax/m². This activity zone is intended to accommodate industrial, artisanal and tertiary activities. This business area benefits from a privileged positioning due to the careful development and modern services offered by the Community of Municipalities: support for project leaders by the Economic Pole, inter-company restaurant near the ZAE, optical fiber, urban transport . In addition, it is located on the outskirts of dynamic activity areas that are constantly evolving thanks to the installation of new businesses.
